How do I order a domain name?
Fast-name
offer three different methods of ordering a domain name. The quickest
and easiest way is to place your order Online using our secure
Online order form, but orders can also be placed by telephone

What methods of payment do you accept?
Fast-name accepts payment by credit/debit card, cheque or postal
order. We accept the following types of payment card:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Switch
- Solo
Cheque's
and postal order's should be crossed and made payable to E-merce
Services Limited.

Is Online ordering safe?
Yes, all details entered into order forms are transmitted over
a secure connection offering 100% security. This can be verified
for your own peace of mind by noting the secured padlock symbol
in the status bar of the browser if you are using Internet Explorer.
Netscape Navigator users will see the secure symbol (locked padlock)
in both the title and status bars of the browser.
The
order process user 128 bit encrypted SSL server technology that
is rigorously tested by the card issues before being cleared for
use.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes you can. Cheque's and postal order's should be crossed and
made payable to E-merce Services Limited. However we are not able
to secure your domain name until we are in receipt of the cheque,
and due to the slow nature of the mail service we can not guarantee
that your required domain name will still be free at this time.

Can I order by Telephone?
Yes - If you require assistance or advice on choosing a suitable
domain name just phone, someone will be only to happy to help,
and if you have the required payment card the name can be secured
there and then.

What happens next?
After your order is placed and your chosen name secured, you will
receive an e-mail confirming the domain, cost and registration
period. It usually takes around 24 hours for the domain to become
live on the Internet, at this time you will be contacted further
for details of your e-mail requirements.
